Return Policy

All returns must be received by this seller within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Return Process
To return an item, please email admin@authenticallywed.com with the subject line: “customer service” to express your particular issue and receive instruction on how to return. Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and restocking fees for returns due to customer error in item selection, sizing, color, or shipping address.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
Shipment errors will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. However, If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, shipping charges do apply to ship your order out again. We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the mailing organization.
